• Due to the handmade nature of this product, the shape of the smiling mouth and the angle of the face may vary. Each piece may feature different expressions such as a U-shape (∪), straight line (-), or V-shape (∨), and may be facing forward or slightly to the side.

• Dyed crystal beads may have slight blemishes, surface scratches, or spots due to the production process. Color transfer may occur through moisture or friction. As is common in bead crafting, the shape or arrangement of the beads may not be uniform, and some pieces may appear to have “eyes” or other irregular features. Particularly with flat designs, unevenness or stair-step effects may be visible, and some parts may appear slightly raised or indented.

• Because each item is crafted by hand, you may notice knots, traces of glue where ribbons are attached, or minor scratches and marks on the bead surfaces. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted items and differ from those of factory-produced goods.

• Such elements are considered unique and charming traits of handmade products, making each piece distinct and even more special.

• The metal parts may have minor blemishes or scratches from the production process, and discoloration may occur over time depending on the environment or usage.
