We are not currently able to offer free returns on international orders.
For all International returns, unless an item is damaged or faulty,
the customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
How to return your order:
* Email info@swingset.co.kr to request a return. After submitting your request you will receive an email from us.
* Once your return is approved please follow the instructions at this link.
Add your order number and email address,
before choosing from two options for your return: a Self-Paid Return or a Prepaid Courier.
Note that the cost of the Prepaid Courier will be deducted from the total value of your refund.
* Place the items you would like to return in the original packaging, including all our own labels, and other free gifts.
* Exchanges will be shipped, and refunds processed as soon as possible once your original item has been received by our warehouse.
[Notice on Misdelivery for Overseas Store Orders]
For orders placed through our overseas store,
due to local system and logistics procedures, returned item collection is not available in the event of a misdelivery.
Accordingly, in such cases, the order will be processed as a partial refund without requiring a return.
Please note that full refunds or exchanges are not possible for overseas store orders affected by misdelivery,
as this is an unavoidable limitation of the overseas system and logistics structure.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that you refer to this information when placing overseas store orders.
