While we inspect each item carefully before shipping, the following conditions are considered within the acceptable range of normal production and distribution processes and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Conditions Accepted as Standard Quality (If an exchange or return is requested, round-trip shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility)
*Printing or die-cut misalignment within 1–2 mm
*Small particles, specks, or light scratches inside the packaging
*Minor ink spots or pressure marks from the printing process (including machine or plate marks)
*Tiny spots, stains, glitter clumps, or creases in the paper backing
*Slight color differences due to lighting or photography conditions
*Any other natural traces from manufacturing noted in the product description
Inspection & Shipping Notice
All products go through a basic quality check and are verified 2–3 times prior to shipment to prevent missing or incorrect items. However, due to the nature of the production process, minor imperfections or rare shipping errors may occur.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via the Q&A board within 7 days of receipt for assistance. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
