* Due to the characteristics of the special flocking material and production process, the following may naturally occur during manufacturing. These are inherent traits and do not affect the function of the product.
- Fine dust, specks, minor dents, indentations, or marks
- Subtle stains or scratches on the surface (including the star charm)
- Metal parts may show discoloration depending on usage environment or over time
- Slight asymmetry in eye size or proportion, which may appear mismatched
- Color bleeding around the border between clothes and wings
- Subtle differences in facial expressions
- The O-ring connecting the dog tag-style chain and label may be somewhat weak (please use with care)
- Due to the nature of the material, minor flaking may occur from slight impacts. Normal wear and tear during use is not considered a defect and may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

* Inspection & Shipping Process
- Despite multiple discussions with the factory, it was concluded that producing all facial expressions identically like a machine is impossible. Even under extremely low margins, we exclude any clear defects based on our internal standards. However, the natural variations listed above are not considered defects.
- Shipping is processed in order: from items with relatively smaller eyes (as seen in 360-degree product videos) → to items with larger eyes (as shown in packaging photos). Products released on September 11 will be shipped first based on the “smaller eye” reference seen in videos. However, the actual item you receive may feel either smaller or larger compared to the video, and this is not regarded as a defect.

* Flocking material tends to attract dust. After opening, you may gently remove it with tape for a clean finish. Please note that dust may naturally re-adhere during daily use./p>
